Every luxury picnic by The Picnic Fairy comes complete with:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.

Remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your picnic. All Payments can be made via Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! However, because we reserve your date, gather materials, and prepare in advance, our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• Reschedules allowed once if made 5+ days in advance (subject to availability)

• Less than 5 days’ notice: $50 reschedule fee applies. No refunds.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refunds or rescheduling.

• Weather issues? We offer one free reschedule or an indoor setup if available. Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for a refund.

Damage & Theft Policy

All décor, tableware, furniture, and equipment provided by The Picnic Fairy Seattle are the property of our business and must remain in good condition. Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the duration of their picnic.

In the event of damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, a replacement or repair fee will be charged based on the value of the item(s). By booking with us, you agree to treat all items with care and ensure that nothing is removed from the setup location.


To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, our team will review your picnic location
and let you know if the location is approved or suggest alternative options if needed.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to The Picnic Fairy Seattle’s policies, including the cancellation policy and the damage/theft policy. I understand that I am responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during my picnic and that applicable fees may apply.
